Gentle hatha yoga, breathing, visualisation and relaxation – specifically designed for mums to be. Embrace and strengthen your changing body and prepare for birth, motherhood and beyond. All welcome, even if you have no previous yoga experience. Join at any time from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards. If you already have an established yoga practice, this class will enable you to safely continue throughout pregnancy. Stay on for chat and tea after class, perfect place to make new mum-friends! Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm. Saturdays 1.15-2.15pm.
Note: Pregnancy Yoga counts as ante-natal preparation and you may be entitled to time off work to attend these classes. Pregnant women can not attend non-pregnancy classes as not all instructors are trained in this area. Much as we try to be as inclusive as possible, our general classes are too large to give the attention required for safe pregnancy practice. Please do not ask us to make an exception.
