If you’re new to yoga and unsure of your updog from your downdog then this is the workshop for you!

Barefoot fave Mel Monks will cover all the basics – safe alignment, posture variations and modifications, pranayama (breath control) as well as relaxation and meditation techniques. Expect to pick up lots of top tips to kick-start your journey and have loads of fun along the way.
