4. What’s this Wait List thing? When a class or workshop is fully booked you may see the option to add yourself to the Wait List, via the website or using the MINDBODY App. Do this! If a spot opens up you’ll receive an email or text notifying you. You can then accept or decline. It’s always worth adding yourself to a Wait List as places nearly always open up. Note: If you add yourself to the Wait List but you don’t get a spot, you’ll be able to use the class credit for a future class within 30 days of purchase.
Please arrive ready-changed in your yoga gear 10-15 mins before start of class. No late entry. Sorry, studio mats are currently unavailable, bring your own (or you can purchase one from us) and a bottle of water. Changing rooms and kitchen not in use.
It is your responsibility to check with your doctor before starting classes and you should always let your teacher know about any injuries, recent surgeries or medical issues. We usually run specialist Pregnancy Yoga classes for women who have reached their 14th week of pregnancy. Sadly these are suspended due to COVID-19 but we hope to bring them back soon! Our general yoga classes (unless stated in class description) are not suitable during pregnancy as not all instructors are trained in this area. Post-natal mums should wait until at least 6 weeks after giving birth before starting classes, and after your midwife or doctor has given you the all-clear to resume exercise. Please do not ask us to make an exception, we have the wellbeing of you and your little one at heart.
