Tuesdays and Saturdays. The booking system will only display the upcoming date for this class, so if you’d like to book Saturday but you can only see Tuesday on the drop-down menu, check back on Sunday and Tuesday will be displayed.
A 45 min Yoga Flow class for all levels. Lots of tips and tricks from Jon Moult to make the postures work for YOUR body. Jon’s been teaching Yoga and fitness for 30 years, what this guy doesn’t know about Yoga ain’t worth knowing.
The session will be open for an extra 15mins at end, stay for a chat after savasana. Chat is of the typing variety, you can’t see each other – or the cat, glass of wine, that three-day hair:-)
