Yin postures are held for 3 or 4 minutes, allowing you to physically, mentally and emotionally let go. Yin Yoga targets those hard-to-reach stubborn areas of the body like tendons and ligaments, as well as the para-sympathetic nervous system, leaving you feeling wonderfully open, radiant and alive.
