Time to Power-it up folks! This class with Tina is super-fun and with some challenging balances too. Build strength, flexibility and focus whilst calming the mind-stuff. Prepare to fly, fall, and fly again.
The session will be open for an extra 15mins at end, stay for a chat after savasana. Chat is of the typing variety, you can’t see each other – or the cat, or that three-day hair:-)
