Sundays at 9am and repeated at 12 Noon.
A 45 min Ashtanga style yoga class to strengthen your body, calm the mind and leave you feeling amazing. Some of the postures are challenging, that’s why it’s fun! Do what feels good and enjoy the ride.
The session will be open for an extra 15mins at end, stay for a chat after savasana. Chat is of the typing variety, you can’t see each other – or the cat, last night’s beer, that three-day hair:-)
Note: You’ll receive an auto-email with a link to ‘Join The Class’, and a reminder email an hour before. Check your JUNK / SPAM folders, you’ll need this email to access the class. Follow the link and you’ll see ‘Already registered and paid for this online class?’ – sign into the class with your name and email you registered with.
