Want to learn the yoga basics quickly? Or maybe you’ve been practising a while and feel ready to go deeper? We can help with yoga breathing and asana (yoga postures) to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improving your fitness, mobility, strength and flexibility.

Either way, feel your progress soar with a private one-to-one yoga class.  You can currently come with a friend at no extra cost! Buy a 1 hour class for £60 (or £55 when you pay for a block of five) here.
