What People Say

“They’ve been extremely enjoyable. Tania is a great teacher and explains the positions well. I can understand most of it even when I’m upside down and can’t actually see the screen. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that although the session itself felt quite gentle, afterwards my legs and arms definitely felt they had been through a thorough workout. I have problems with my shoulders (PC hunching) so this yoga is helping.”
