Exciting news for anyone looking for an in-depth Yoga Teacher Training course – right here in Birmingham!
The Friends Of Yoga (FRYOG) International Teacher Training Diploma is offering a taster class with Q&A on Sat 16 Nov 12-1.30pm at Barefoot. FRYOG plan to launch a 1 year programme (100 hour foundation course) in Spring 2014. The course is designed for students to immerse and deepen themselves in the teachings of classical yoga.
This first year foundation contributes toward the second year teacher training diploma for those students who wish to become internationally qualified yoga instructors. However, for those who do not wish to continue, the philosophical teachings gained in this foundation course are a guide to living a purposeful and peaceful life in harmony with all living beings.
