Acro Yoga for Beginners – Sat 3 June 2017

Acro Yoga Workshop at Barefoot Birmingham

Acro Yoga is a combination of acrobatics and yoga whereby typically one person acts as a “base” and another acts as a “flyer”. This style of yoga is amazing for building strength, improving flexibility and can also be very restorative whilst having fun with fellow yogis.

This workshop is suitable for beginners looking to try this combination of acrobatics and yoga in a safe environment. No prior yoga experience is required. Katie Rogers will guide you through a short Yoga-Flow sequence to warm up, followed by partner and group acro exercises.

Solo yogis are welcome and we will mainly be working in groups of three or four people. Come along, make some new friends and learn how to fly!!
