Yoga Asana Clinic with Jon Moult – 26 Jan 2014

This 2 hour clinic will focus on lengthening the hamstrings and opening the hips – essential for progressing deeper into many of the more challenging yoga postures.

Suitable for Beginners and Improvers. Runners and cyclists with shortened hams will most definitely benefit, as will our male Barefooters.

The session will be led by Jon Moult, so plenty of laughter yoga as well as amazing instruction guaranteed! Jon usually teaches our Friday morning class and we get regular requests to see more of him – this is your chance.

Spaces are limited to give everyone plenty of opportunity for individual attention and to ask all those questions there isn’t time for in class. Book early!
