Hypnoga – Bringing Hypnotherapy and Yoga together as tools for transformation.
In this workshop we will discuss the basics of hypnotherapy and how it can facilitate change, explore and practice different ways we can meditate, and be mindful. We will look at gratitude and the importance of focusing our attention as a method for more happiness. Hannah will guide you though a challenging vinyasa practice, followed by a long Savasana, relaxation and hypnosis.
This workshop includes; pranayama, mantra, asana, meditation, relaxation, head massage and hypnosis.
