All levels welcome, including beginners. Relax, refresh, re-new.

We’ve spent the last year researching the perfect retreat (knock out location – short transfer – relaxed Barefoot vibe – delicious detoxifying food – right price) and are SO happy to have found it for you – read more about Samskara HERE. PLUS, our host Jo Youle is not only a fabulous cook and yoga teacher, she’s also a former BBC 6 Music journalist – bound to be a great soundtrack too.
