Favourite Food: Tapas, I love Spanish food and Spain in general.
Favourite Drink: Red wine (preferably a Malbec)
Favourite Yoga Position: Any posture that works with hips and hamstrings (they feature a lot in my classes!)
Favourite Colour: Turquoise, it's also my favourite crystal.
Favourite Animal: Penguins, I love the way they waddle.
Favourite Book: The kingkiller chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss and Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte - two very different genres.
Favourite Movie: Anything Disney!
Why Yoga? Yoga helps me heal, mentally and physically. It’s a place where I feel safe to explore what the body can do and what the mind can achieve. Yoga has helped me learn to accept myself as I am. I love to learn, and with yoga there is always something new to learn, a new posture, a new insight, a new way of seeing the world a new way to be present. Yoga is magical.
