Winter is the season that invites us to pause, reflect, rest and feel restored. This sumptuous practice offers you the time and space to retreat, while bringing you into balance by mirroring the nature of the season ahead.
Yin and restorative styles of yoga aim to release tension and slow the turbulence of the mind. This will be combined with gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, yoga philosophy and poetry, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and relaxed… ready for the season ahead!
Please bring your own yoga mat, plus props such as blankets and cushions or pillows. Suitable for beginners.
