Following on from the techniques explored in Jon’s January Posture Clinic, this session will focus on hamstrings, forward folds and back bends in order to achieve balance (yin, yang). The working of opposites is the nature of Hatha, Ha (Sun) tha (moon) Yoga. The opening of the physical self.
Suitable for all levels including Beginners. Runners, cyclists and men – your hamstrings will thank you for this!
The session will be led by Jon Moult, so plenty of laughter yoga as well as amazing instruction guaranteed! Jon usually teaches our Friday morning class and we get regular requests to see more of him – this is your chance.
