In this Posture Clinic we will look at how to safely position our bodies in various yoga asanas (postures), in order to gain maximum benefit and avoid injury. Learn about the biomechanics of the more common asanas and apply this knowledge to safely improve your own practice.
Correct alignment, minor adjustments and the use of props brings even the more ‘challenging’ postures within our reach. Come find out how!
Led by James Critchlow, this is sure to be a light hearted and playful session – suitable for those with some yoga experience, and looking to deepen their practice.
Spaces are limited to give everyone plenty of opportunity for individual attention and to ask all those questions there isn’t time for in class. Book early.
