You’re not alone. The majority of yoga students (Dave included) initially struggle with flexibility or strength in the hips and hamstrings. If touching your toes or sitting comfortably in lotus seems impossible, then this is the workshop for you.
Learn drills and techniques from Dave’s own experience to safely open up the hips and lengthen the hamstrings, bringing lightness and ease to your practice.
Suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners.
