Join Jon Moult this Halloween for his top Yoga Tips n Tricks!  If you’re new to yoga, feeling a little rusty, or just want to go back to basics, this is the workshop for you.

Jon will cover the key postures, (asanas), their benefits, alignment, and modifications and variations to make them less scary and more FUN!

Stretch and strengthen your muscles without causing pain or injury and use the breath to deepen your flexibility. Discover how to create a sense of deep calmness and joy in both mind and body to carry through off your mat and into everyday life.

Please bring a notepad and pen, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. No yoga experience required. We sell yoga mats for £20 if you don’t have your own.
