Dr Lizzie Croton is a local GP based in Selly Oak, returning to Barefoot after her sell-out taster workshop in January. She has an interest in health and is passionate about helping people to gain more flexibility in their lives.

How to release stress from your body.
A daily practice to help you to cope better and wake up to a better life.
All these techniques have their basis in neuroscience and will help you to wake up to and enjoy the beauty of life.
