From beginner to beyond – preparing to advance your practice.
Following the first Bridging the Gap workshop in March this is another chance for those who are fairly new to yoga, or, have been practising for some time but unsure of how and when to step up from Beginners / Level 1 classes.
This workshop is aimed at “have a go yogis” who are keen to progress their practice and have fun learning to bridge the gap.
In this workshop with Mel Monks, you will develop confidence by practising techniques which will help you to work towards some more challenging postures, without any expectation of being able to do them!
We will also focus on pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques to build confidence for those times when we lack self esteem; both on and off the mat.
