Got into yoga over lockdown? Thinking about trying real-life classes but a bit unsure about what to expect? Been practising a while and ready to take things to the next level?
Good news! Private classes are permitted from 12 April and they’re a great way to build confidence. Learn loads of tips and tricks before group classes re-start on 17 May. We can also help you iron out any bad habits or posture mis-alignments you might have slipped into.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or accomplished yogi, a one-to-one with a Barefoot Birmingham Yoga teacher at our Harborne or Kings Heath studios could be just the ticket. Learn the basics, refine your yoga postures, ensure correct alignment, strengthen and tone specific areas of body, calm the mind. We can also work with you to tailor make a home-practice sequence to suit YOUR body and lifestyle.
A one hour sessions cost £60. Book a block of five and pay just £55 per session. All sessions must be paid for in advance. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required should you need to cancel a session.
