It’s said that change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end. We’ve compiled a list of your most frequently asked questions about the new MINDBODY App to help with any problems booking classes at Barefoot Birmingham. Why doesn’t my Barefoot Birmingham App work anymore?
The Barefoot Birmingham Yoga & Pilates App has now been replaced by the MINDBODY APP. Download for free from your App Store.
It has all the same functionality plus more! Book and reschedule classes, sign-up for workshops, buy giftcards and even link to your Fitbit. Unlike the old App, the MINDBODY APP has the added benefit of in-App technical support. This means that if you’re having any issues, you can get in touch with MINDBODY directly for a quick fix.
Do I have to create a new account for the new App?
Use the same login details as the old App (or the login you use online) and your visit history, upcoming classes and account details will all be transferred.
How does the MINDBODY App know I’m booking for a class at Barefoot Birmingham?
Simply use the Search icon to locate Barefoot Birmingham, view the timetable and book a class or workshop. After you’ve booked you can easily find us within your FAVOURITES. You can also set Barefoot as your Home screen within the App.
What about my Perkville points?
The Perkville scheme will close on 31 March 2017, so be sure to redeem your points online by then. Classes and workshops paid for with Perkville points can be attended after 31 March, but must be redeemed and booked by this date.
What?! No more points? Don’t panic points-lovers, let us introduce MINDBODY REWARDS.
Earn Rewards for referring friends and for making purchases and bookings online or via the App. Be sure to tell your friends to include in your name in the referral box when they complete the Health / Joining form at Front Desk.
There’s no need to visit any external website to redeem your Rewards, it all integrates with your Barefoot online account. Once you’ve earned enough Rewards to pay for a service you’ll be able to redeem them as cash against future Barefoot services and the Rewards will show up in your online account (but not on the App).
Good to know:
Rewards are NOT earned for booking into classes or workshops at Front Desk, only for purchases.
Rewards CANNOT be used as part-payment, only for payment in full against Barefoot services.
Rewards cannot be redeemed via the App., only online or at Front Desk.
I’ve signed up for MINDBODY REWARDS but I don’t seem to be receiving points for classes booked. Help!
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll all the way down to Sign Out.
4. Sign back in with the email address you use for your Barefoot online account and then hit ‘Forgot your password?’
5. Enter the same password that you used for your Barefoot account and follow the on-screen instructions.
