Cherish this precious chance to slow down and soften with a seasonal, extended practice of self-care.
This special Yin workshop offers you the time and space to retreat, while bringing you into balance with the glorious season of awakening – Spring.
Yin and restorative styles of yoga aim to release tension and slow the turbulence of the mind. This will be combined with mindful movement, meditation, breath work, Yoga philosophy and poetry, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, and grounded…ready to grow and flourish with the season ahead.
Please bring your own Yoga mat if you have one. You will also need props such as blankets, pillows and cushions -the more the merrier!
Suitable for all levels, no Yoga experience required.
